1. Goblinopolis is a serialized web novel about a hardboiled detective in a fantasy/sci-fi city called (you guessed it) Gobinopolis. It seems to be written on the fly, which is doubly impressive. And it’s very, very funny.
2. Goblins is a webcomic about Dungeons and Dragons from the perspective of low-level monsters. It really seems like an idea that shouldn’t work. It should be lame, full of dorky D&D jokes that get tiresome. And it actually even starts out that way, for a little bit. But it grows into an imaginitive and character-rich story that’s very addictive. WARNING: Despite the colorful, cartoonish art, this comic has lots of violence and blood and vicious deaths, including deaths of characters you really liked. (If you’re me.)
